These are all older issues, I'm not sure what the time frame was that they used this Mercedes chassis,
but I'd suspect it was late 70's and into the 80's awhile.

This is No. 254 in the 200 Series. The two brown ones just have different wheels, although my loose one is also missing the horses.

The color rendering on the front of the Horse truck blister kind of makes me laugh, with the Unimog fork lift picking up the Fury police car.

This hay truck was No. 213

The refuse truck was No. 218, I believe the earlier version is the one without the raised section for the oval sticker labels. This casting is also different than the others in that it has the dome light on the roof.

:toy: Most of those are indeed '70's and '80's era releases. Neat farm/livestock trucks.

Oh I see, it came with cattle, and maybe a bulldog, and I thought horses, I didn't know since I can only hear them rattling around while inside their packages. :D

not the bulldog noooo
never came with a dog
The bulldog is some kind of a kid's charm since it has a loop on its back
it was in there when I bought the truck for a few bucks

this truck only has cattle in it ^_^

Ahh, I see, just got mixed in with the kids other toys, but you never really know either, Majorette has been known to include the odd animal, like in this 1990's two pack, well, except maybe not in the vehicle itself. :D
