Maisto Dodge Dakota Wrecker - promo maybe

Found this at the flea market last Monday, but I'm not sure what a WrExpert is (or is that WT Expert), as shown in the tampo printing. Could this be some sort of legitimate promo, either by Maisto themselves or a firm licensed through Maisto to do promotionals for individuals or companies. Or is it possibly a regular release, and the name is just some sort of clever word for "wreck expert" or something.

Anybody have any ideas about this one?

It may be a legitimate promo. I found a couple of pictures of a real red tow truck with the name on it:

Seems it is computer software:

Nice little promo. Maisto did a ton of models as blanks for promotional use. Several companies used the blanks, so finding who made it is difficult.

Thanks for the comments guys, I knew I couldn't go wrong for a dollar whether it was a regular issue or an actual licensed designed.

The 1/1 photos are neat to see Mark thanks, and Cody thanks for the info, I wasn't familiar with Maisto promos, but I do have a Motor Max promo from my brother, so I suspected a company like Maisto probably offered or licensed their models for promos as well over the years.
