I wonder if that Volvo model was not sold in American markets? (Volvo 760). Because every auction I can find for it is from a country outside the USA.

I only recently become aware of the Zee Volvo too. I have been on a lookout after that and found two different variations from flea markets since.

Zakspeed is a german racing team found by Erich Zakowski in 1968.
The Zakspeed CapriŽs are famous race cars. YouŽll find some nice videos of the cars in action on youtube.
