disclaimer: I can't see your pics right now

Having said that, Edocar uses other makers' castings, most usually Maisto. My guess is you will find the "Edocar" somewhere in the Maisto lineup.

My online research shows yes Edocar was bought by Maisto but it looks kind of like a Matchbox style casting. I think Edocar used to make castings for Matchbox?

The other way 'round, Edocar didn't make anything for anybody. Edocar contracted from other makers.

This may help a little:

Translated from the Dutch Wiki:

Edocar was a Dutch manufacturer of toys and model cars. The parent company Edor Benelux NL BV was founded in 1950 and imported the miniature models of the English Matchbox until 1985.

Edocar was active since 1986 and used under license from models of other manufacturers. Initially these were mainly Maisto models, followed by models of Hartoy, RealToy, GoldenWheels and YatMing. In 2007, a new series of Edocar models came on the market made by Loyal Bright.

The first production included 50 different model cars on scale 1:64 and eight antique models on scale 1:43.

Edocar had permission to use the Coca-Cola logo on his products. It was also possible to print models in a specific company exhibition.

In 1999 Edocar had distribution opportunities in 13 European countries, Singapore and Hong Kong. After the parent company had gone bankrupt in 2007, Edocar was also closed in the same year.

Ahhh,.ok so Edocar used to distribute Matchbox products. The one in question is an orange Jeep 4x4 looking car with an opening hood. The hood has the word "Speedy" on it. The base says "4x4 Roader Made In China". I did find one similar that was sold by Target in Australia but with military tampos.

The orange Jeep would be a Welly, #8570.

Support your local demo derby.

The first two generic sedans look similar to newer Motormax offerings but they usually have a 4 digit number on the bottom.

The two sedans are from Dickie. Both are unlicensed, so the details are poor, but the blue one is supposed to be a BMW 5-Series, and the yellow is supposed to be a Lexus IS300 / Toyota Altezza. Those Dickie cars were often issued in the Fast Lane playsets and with transporter trucks (Fast Lane being the in-house toy brand packaging for Toys R Us).

The van's base construction looks similar to what I've seen from Faie. I'm not saying it is Faie; but that would be my starting point in looking for further clues.

The two first are Dickie. They have been made generic looking, possibly to avoid licencing costs. There's been discussion about these things before and i think somebody gave ID of the models they are supposed to be.

And again i'm too slow in typing.
