Wow, nice piece! What batch was this one in? I haven't heard anything about this beauty before. It almost rivals something Greenlight would do.

I like that fact the grille and brush guard are different colors this time. An improvement over the National Parks version. I assumed the chassis and guard were one piece. I hope to score one soon.

Sharp looking fire dept. vehicle - I too like the black brush guard and grey grille - love the side and hood tampo. Great to have another El Segundo FD rig in the collection!

Simply gorgeous. Don't think I'll find one anytime soon, but I'll drool over your photos in the meantime. Definitely agree that the different colours for the push-bar and the grille give it a whole new look.

Sad firefighter
Just as I suspected, a desirable model starts showing up in Walmarts right before I head out on a two-week road trip (to the Matchbox Gathering in ABQ and then a slower return trip home)....and the model(s) probably won't show up here before I leave, and possibly will be all gone by the time I get home....and I'll stop at maybe DOZENS of major chain stores on the way south and back, and maybe or maybe not find one on the entire trip....

This year I suspected it would be another fire department vehicle (the National Parks International Brush Fire Truck was a notable release just before the ABQ meet a few years ago; the Mack B was another one, if I remember correctly; the lifeguard Tacoma was definitely another one.) I thought it might be the Volvo F6 or whatever the new fire engine casting is supposed to be this year....thankfully that seems to not be the case, so maybe I'll find that one around the corner from my house later this year.
