I'm sure a lot of us are back home now trying to recover from a fantastic weekend in Albuquerque! :o

It was a great time, as usual. The turnout was bigger, the seminars were very interesting, the dinner and presentation was great, the auction ran smooth and quickly (the prices on pre-pros shot out like a cannon!), and the Sunday show was INCREDIBLE! It will take me time to unpack all the treasures from the in-room trading as well as the show, but thanks to the TSA one of my suitcases was already gone through (I don't know how the plastic 2-story BP garage I brought home survived the trip after the search!) and will be easier to unpack. I'd like to post pictures once I find a replacement for PB.

It was so good to see all the old friends I have made over the years again, and good to see all the new faces that will help carry on the hobby for years to come.

Thanks to Jim and his extended family for once again knocking it out of the park! :1:

Great to see you again Randy, was going to post some pics as well but I got an email from PB shutting me down.

If you guys ever do get your picture hosting figured, please do post some photos for all us folks who don't get to go, thanks.

There is something else that comes to mind about the Gathering, that is they used to choose a Matchbox Ambassador, which I guess has gone away now, or did it? It seems like it's been a couple or few years since I remember hearing of one, I think Dirk was the last I remember.

Yeah Doug, the Ambassadorship has been done away with, no reason given but I suspect with lamely blog and @matchboxworld there is no need anymore. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow at Webster
