Wasn't real sure where to post this one - it wasn't really in the toy box plus it is a brand I wonder how many here at the Garage have heard of. Ralstoy made a series of tractor trailers and these vans in Ralston, Nebraska (microbuss will enjoy this fact). Some of their tractor trailer units are similar to Tootsietoys with open windows and others are like this van with decal for the windows and such. I never collected these but a collector in CT felt I should have one in my collection so I got this one from him. :D

I've seen Ralstoy and am familiar with the name, a little. Not something I've gone out of my way to look for though.

They look a bit like Tonka trucks, mostly the wheels/tires. I love the simply sticker for windows and other details.

I have a Ralstoy fire engine....all diecast, no 'glass' in the windows, no interior, 3-axles, about 5" long.... but have never seen another product by them til today. Thanks for increasing my knowledge of the company....all I knew before was it was "made in USA". Now I know where, exactly!
