Special guest appearance by the T-Type. Both released by Racing Champions Mint.

I love the license plate detail on both cars. I have to check the T-Type Regals I got earlier this summer for the same- I might need better glasses to appreciate this level of detail. This is a great casting I am so happy to see back with the improvements they've made. I'm glad they deep-sixed the mirrors from the old Racing Champions car.

The mirrors on the originals were a great idea but the execution did not work! These look great!

Fun fact: The last few years has seen speculation that General Motors will be bringing back the Grand National/GNX marque. Unlike other rumors, the fact that General Motors filed for trademarks makes you wonder if a new GN is coming.

The technology is getting to the point where we may soon see 1/64 license plate frames being lettered.

When we do, I'd like to see a frame that reads like the one on a friend's GN: "I brake for Corvettes."

All GN's were black, if you wanted a turbo in any other color it would be a T-type.

New casting? Quick! Take it apart!
So far, someone has always beaten me to the Buick casting on the pegs.

I've seen lots of them on the pegs but then again, I was driving my wife's AUDI A6 in front of,,,,,,,,,I think RC has more of these in the pipeline,

I have the RC version and looks extremely good.
Agree the mirrors are just a bit to tall but glad it has the mirrors. My only problem is all the chrome chassis on everything.

Both are definite beauties and will add them to my collection if I should see either of them on the pegs...

Love the license plate "Quick V6... I sported the tag "Quick 82 on my 82 GT Mustang for several years and during the NMRA racing years 2000 to 2007...
