Why? These are getting redundant.

Agreed. By the time the new castings hit, there won't be any variations of the existing castings left to fill out the release.

I've gotten really board with all the repaints. Where is the 74-76 Buick Wagon and 62 Impala?

MAYBE the Green 64 Ford Wagon, but that's it for me.

Want them all but need those beautiful Belvedere's or Fury's whichever they want to call it.

Interested in getting the Vette in a box. Still have thing for the wagons. Another red Impala? I could go for another convertible Galaxie. The Darts and 442s are clogging up the pegs already.

I'll be in for the Galaxie convertibles since I missed those the first time they were released and I regret it.

I generally do not mind the recolors, as I don't think it's a bad thing to have variety within a casting.

I do find the lack of variety in new castings to be a bit concerning, however, as I know most collectors are more interested in the new stuff as opposed to the 7th and 8th recolor on the Olds 442.

At LEAST there are no Firebirds in this set. I love 'em, but enough is enough.

Why don't Auto World just sell their most popular models in casting specific cases on their website?

I would seriously spend around 40 US dollars on a case full of 1976 Cadillac Coupe Devilles.

I am not sure that would be a very smart business practice for Auto World as they would be stuck with the less desirable castings unless they were able to unload them elsewhere. Though unlikely. Every casting has its fans. Though some seem to warm pegs longer.

Like you though, I am pretty sure I will purchase every release of the Cadillac Coupe Deville. I only hope the Buick Estate Wagon is still in the works. As I am ready to pony up $$$ for every release of that car as well.

it would be much easier to get what you are wanting because lets face it there are people out there who don't want to pay a lot of money for one model especially when it is hard to find and when you also have to pay high shipping costs on top of it.

it would be perfect if they were made to order then you don't have to worry about them selling out.

Also they should sell primered models on their site which would be perfect for customs.
