Never seen this one... Is it new?

The only gray 55 I ever knew of was the Two Lane Blacktop 55...

I made it from this casting of a 55 by grinding off the front bumper, moldings, and emblems, then rounding out the wheel wells...

At a later date I found this 55 casting with the wheel wells already rounded out and thought of doing another, but never did...

When I first saw pictures of this one I was thinking it might have been a new release for the Beat the Heat series but it appears it isn't. Still a nice looking JL '55 Chevy.

I love the rear radiused wheel houses on the hot rod/race version over the stock. Looks great. :thumbup:

Nope, it just needs a need new chrome trim piece around the grill.
