Again I got lucky from another seller on Ebay. He sent me the wrong color(supposed to be black) but when I was going to remail it to him, he changed his mind. So now I have a free one yet again. Believe it or not I'm starting to get bored of taking pictures of my diecast. I have ran out of ideas and just seem lazy about doing it. Any advise?

I wanted this one and found it at WM. Didn't get the black one but I'm rethinking that. Nice photos as usual.

This Mustang looks amazing in it's green color. For sure sometimes it's difficult to have new ideas for the pics. Everybody needs sometimes a little break even on taking pics from the diecast models. So if I've no new ideas or backgrounds I make pics on a white or grey background (simple piece of paper). Results are maybe not the best for the POTM nominations but those pics are also looking good......and when you are to bored for taking new pics simply look on the posts of SG from all the members and you'll see that new ideas will grow up. :toy:

I for one really like that color and that car...

I like your photos a lot so I can't give much advice of the photo end since I never get bored of shooting pics of my little cars. I want to either make or find different backgrounds for them. It's like any other type of art. Inspiration has to come on it's own. Some days you're just not that inspired.

Love the night time, semi-foggy scene for these pictures, they look extremely realistic!

You've got the picture-taking where the car is the centre and the star down to perfection.

Not sure whether it would work for you, but what if you'd try and experiment putting the model off centre, and/or use the camera from a different angle of view? Put in more than one car in the picture, or another object?

Your right I never have more than one car in the picture and most are focused totally but rare exceptions, not often.

This is my favorite background. Got it from airborn. He has great backdrops and even better photography.
