Just another variation of one we've seen a couple or three so far in this topic...
Very true Blair...but can you identify the country that this one represents? Pretty sure you can but couldn't resist asking.

Another one I have to guess fits the Ford family....I don't seem to be able to differentiate Fords from Chevys....(without an oval or bowtie cast into the front end...this has neither)
Posted Image
By Pioneer, issued as a single in Pro-Engine/Street Machine window box

Posted Image
It's also Right-hand drive....

This one screams Majorette so loud that the paint is coming off....

(and this is the GOOD side....)

Edit one day later:
I have a better version of this one.....funny how you find things you didn't know you had when you're looking for something completely different....

The MB771 2009 Ford Ambulance as released in 2009:

The 'E-Series' is definitely a staple in the fire service around the Baltimore-Metro area:

For much of the 80's and 90's Ford dominated the ambulance industry and really when Ford had the diesel issue and announced they would stop offering it, that is what pushed the door open to give GM, Dodge, International, and Freightliner a bigger share of the market.

Curiously, though, according to the base, it's an "F-Series" cab....
Posted Image
I presume that's a production error? Or maybe the F-series pickup models use the same base as the E-series vans?

Another from my Norev 4 pack (with the police pickup Doug showed a year or two ago that prompted my search that led to buying this):
