Today I took a ride up to a train show in Fishkill NY, anyway here is my hall for $50.00.

A couple dollar cars, included is a Maisto / CCI ambulance for Stephens City. I did not have the Yatming Tanker, and the version of the Motormax Type II I have is a beater so this was an upgrade.

I hadn't see this version of the Daron FDNY set before, the Ladder is a new model to me, and I have never seen this ambulance in FDNY.

Nice additions to your collection Brian. I have seen a picture of the FDNY set on some website (do not remember which one) and was listed as coming. The Stephens City Ambulance is a real nice grab!!

Nice finds! First I've seen or heard of that CCKW tanker, looks like a JL copy. I need to find one.

That DARON FDNY 5-pack is a gem! I've been seeking that fire truck since I first saw the 5-pack (like Pastor John mentioned) somewhere online. A quick search of ebay and a snap-judgment purchase netted me the same 5-pack, even though there are a bunch of the ones with the Mitsubishi low-profile aerial instead of this ladder. Hopefully the seller actually has the one you found, and he pictured in the auction, and not one of the other ones.

Congrats Brian, I never see that much fire stuff let alone much emergency related diecast at my local train show, you seemed to have hit good at yours.

I like that FDNY set.

I believe I have that one somewhere, but I couldn't find it in a search of several tubs yesterday...and of several intact multipacks of 'generic' brand emergency vehicles...it's frustrating to think you have something but not be able to find it...

Microbus hit the nail on the head, Die-cast Cheap! Over the years I commonly will visit area train shows as I have found their target audience is looking to outfit a model railroad and will usually not pay top dollar for a fire truck model.

I have picked up many Code 3 and Corgi's for less then retail at these shows. For instance I paid $20.00 for the two Road Champs and $15.00 for the two Boley's and the CMW Chiefs car. Five each for the Greenlight and FDNY sets, and between 2.00 and 0.50 for each of the single cars.
