I would like to introduce this old WELLY set, because I think it's very nice!
All models are with WELLY-brand, only the helicopter is not. The set was sold in Germany by DICKIE, but as can be seen on the back of the box, it was distributed in other countries by SIMBA.
The Porsche POLIZEI is a bit rare, in individual packaging he was probably never sold.
Also interesting that the signs are labeled English and probably all in the English-speaking area (?).
Does anyone have the same set with POLICE vehicles ??? or other vehicles ??
Many, many pictures, but I find the set very interesting, I hope you too? :bangles:

I have some Dickie sets buried in a box (none of them are pictured in this thread); unable to find them in a quick search, but they were also bearing the "Simba" name. I never noticed if the models inside were marked as Welly, so when I find my sets I'll have a look. If they seem to fit this thread, I'll happily post them here.

I also have a couple of other Dickie sets of 1/64 plastic emergency vehicles, primarily for the fire engines in each set. Those sets were bought right here in Boise, Idaho at a local toy shop just within the past few years.

EDIT:
I have this Japanese fire set that includes the Welly van and fire chief, and the helicopter is probably "Welly" too but it is unmarked.

There is no reference to Dickie anywhere (at least, not in 'English'), but since it's got two of your Welly fire vehicles I'll consider it relevant to this thread.

Here are three ground-based vehicles by Welly (no helicopter photos).

The 3 pictured actually came as singles with 3 other 'made in China' fire vehicles (from ebay), but are the same van and ladder truck; the Ford pickup was the primary interest for me of the Welly models in the group. I don't know enough about body styles to know if that van is a "Ford" or a "Chevy"....and of course, it's not got any indication on the casting.

Thank you very much Blair for pointing the Welly cars into Firefighters featuring. I have also some Police-cars with this casting , but I think the cars are from High Speed (?) !
I have also this Pick Up in Police-color, but I´m also "unable to find them in a quick search"
But I have the matching Chevrolet Van as a police car for Japan (with WELLY-brand)

YES - the policecar on the top of the Card from your set is a HIGH SPEED - policecar. I have this car with the High Speed No. 635 and also a policecar with this number and the High Speed-brand.

Yes, you're right...that set is by High Speed....I did not think about that...just the Dickie/Simba relationship....but the other cars in the Japanese set are marked Welly (except the Ford pickup truck in the other Japanese set...it's "Made in China" and that's all it says on the bottom...)

I also notice the van in your first post is a Mercedes? The ones in my photos is a Chevy van....my bad....
