I used to think there are more fire engine models than ambulances.....now I'm beginning to rethink that....

You've got some great variations and hitherto unseen (by me, certainly) models by well-known brands. Impressive!

Another awesome score for you.

In the Maisto picture it looks like you have some custom or CCI models in there can we get a close up of the one with the green and silver stripes (middle row) and the upper right one with the green cross and blue graphics?

I think that Maisto was for the Winchester, VA Rescue Squad. The Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads had a ton made for the various rescue squads in the state at the time--those here in SW Va. tended to stick with bigger, 1/25 Ertls, but they were still fairly reasonable. My town's rescue squad sold theirs for $15 minimum donation. About two years ago, they and an adjoining town's volunteer rescue squad were bailed out by the county, then taken over and merged together to form a new full-time paid agency, Tazewell County EMS.

Yes Cody, it was 1 of 250 made for Winchester.
